Engine House Yoga and Fitness provides group fitness and yoga classes as well as personal training in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Our highly qualified team of instructors are happy to support you in your wellness journey and assist you in reaching your goals.

  • Gentle Back Yoga (warm) - Alexandra (8:00-9:00 am)

  • Total Body Conditioning - Lesley (4:30-5:15 pm)

  • Prenatal Yoga - Marta (6:00-7:00 pm)

 

Wednesday

  • Gentle Yoga - Tamara (9:30-10:45 am)

  • Slow to Flow - Melissa (5:30-6:45 pm)

  • Guided Meditation - Marta (7:30-8:15 pm)

 

Thursday

  • Chair Yoga - Marta (10:00-11:00 am)

  • Stretch and Unwind - Alexandra (12:15-1:00 pm)

  • Yoga Foundations - Lesley (6:00-7:00 pm)

 

Friday​

  • Yin Yoga - Tamara (9:30-10:45 am)

  • Hot Vinyasa Flow - Alexandra (5:00-6:00 pm)

  • Restorative Yoga - Marta (9:30-10:30 am)

  • Mama and Baby Yoga - Marta (11:00 am -12:00 pm)

 

Sunday

  • Sunday Salutation - Noella (10:00-11:00 am)

  • Family Yoga - Katrina (11:30 am-12:15 pm)

  • Yoga Philosophy - Katrina (12:30-1:30 pm)
